We are notifying all of our clients in relation to some precautionary measures we have decided to implement within our office to protect our workplace from the current coronavirus outbreak. These are in line with the World Health Organisations (WHO) recommendations.
The aim is to ensure we can continue to operate as best as possible without being unduly affected; looking to minimise any disruption to our business in general and provide the best possible services to you, our clients. We therefore advise that the following practices and requirements have been communicated with our staff:

However, our priority is to ensure the safety and welfare of our clients, staff and the wider community.
Starting on 1 April 2020, until further notice, our office will not be conducting face to face appointments.
All appointments will be conducted either as:
o Telephone Call Appointments;
o Correspondence through Emails and Mail; and
o Electronic Media

Final lodgement date for 2019 Income Tax Returns.
15th May 2020.
At this stage there has been no indication of an extension of this time frame, so if you have not already lodged your 2019 tax return please contact us ASAP to have it prepared.
To this end, we will be encouraging this to be done via phone appointments & email, rather than face to face meetings - in line with the WHO recommendations above.
These are challenging times. We will do our best to deliver our services to you on a timely basis. We ask that you do not wait until the last moment ( 15th May) to have your returns prepared.
